Administrative Assistant

FISA is seeking a part time permanent administrator to support the effective delivery of the Accords activities. Edinburgh office based, with occasional travel to support external events.
Key tasks include:
- Being the first point of contact for face to face, telephone and email correspondence on behalf of FISA.
- Supporting the delivery of FISA activities by means of meeting planning, administration, minute taking and distribution across the Board, the Steering Group and the various technical task and finish groups.
- Working alongside the Chief Executive, technical officer and technical support.
- Ensuring the prompt, reliable and smooth running of FISA’s day to day activities.
- Report preparation and use of standard accounting software, for which training can be provided.
Skills and qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, self-motivated attitude
- The right to work in the UK
This is a part-time role based on a regular 3-day week, ie 3 x 7 hour working days.
Salary: £30,000 pa pro rata ie £18,000 for the 3-day week.
