DEVELOPMENT OF TOOLS, SYSTEMS AND GUIDANCE FOR COMMISSIONING AND MANAGING FORESTRY WORKSITES

OBJECTIVE:

Maintain and promote understanding of Guidance on Managing Health and Safety in Forestry (GMHSF) FISA 802 Emergency Planning, 803 Firefighting and 806 Welfare together with looking at real practical issues over the way in which forestry sites are planned, established and managed; tackling a range of important issues surrounding good practice, cross-linking with other FISA working groups, requests from members, accident data and legislative review.
