Wild Boar

Sites are seeing increasing numbers of wild boar, often in wooded areas. The Landowner needs to ensure that hazard information on and around forestry worksites are communicated to the FWM – including the more random hazards!

It is vitally important that all rural related crimes are reported to the police, no matter how insignificant.

New guidance in development

Following ongoing enquiries and concerns raised with FISA for roadside working we are moving forward with drafting new guidance to support the industry on the subject.

Roadside Safety Week 2025

Roadside Safety Week takes place between 19th November – 25th November 2025. It is an annual event dedicated to raising awareness about road safety issues, including the prevention of accidents, injuries, and fatalities on the road.
