Categories: Haulage Autotensioning Straps Born out of the FISA Forest Haulage group visit to ExTe in Sweden in early 2020, two trucks have now been kitted up with full ExTe TU auto-tensioning systems, financially supported by the Scottish Strategic Timber Transport scheme. One truck is from Annandale Transport and the other is James Jones and Sons, both are wagon and drag set ups. Suppliers Clarks Engineering noted they are excited to see the systems at work in the UK and are keeping in touch with the companies, drivers and the Forest Haulage working group to gain and report feedback.
