HSE issues warning after tree surgeon suffers electric shock

A tree surgeon suffered an electric shock when a lighting tower he was moving made contact with an 11,000 volt overhead powerline. 

Overhead power lines (OHPLs) can pose a risk to those working in arboriculture and forestry.
