Timber Transport Survey

Nearly 11 million tonnes are hauled from GB forests annually. There is a need to address various challenges affecting the timber transport sector and how best to react to government policies surrounding HGV decarbonisation.

To this end, the Timber Transport Forum are conducting a survey of the current national timber transport fleet. This will provide a valuable resource for future planning and support mechanisms. If you operate a timber haulage business, either as an owner driver or with a fleet of 30 trucks, your help is required.
