Heart Attacks and Cardiac Arrest

Scottish Woodlands has shared a Workplace Health and Wellbeing Toolbox Talk covering both these medical emergencies looking at Information, Symptoms and Response.

Most heart attacks do not lead directly to cardiac arrest. However, a heart attack leading to additional complications, is the most common cause of cardiac arrest.

An additional toolbox talk from October 2017 on Health risks of sedentary working has been re-released as it addresses some of the causal and preventative measures.
