New FISA Safety Guide - September 2026

This is a new guide intended for anyone specifying, approving, managing or carrying out drone operations, including equipment operators, supervisors, contractors and those working in the vicinity of a drone.

It is also relevant to members of the public who may be present on managed land where drone operations take place.

This FISA guide is new to the forestry industry and we welcome your feedback on the guide. If you have feedback, please email admin@ukfisa.com. Your comments will be fed to the FISA Plant & Equipment Working Group and the guide will be reviewed in six months’ time.
