United to Prevent Suicide

10th of September, is World Suicide Prevention Day and in Scotland there is a major campaign being launched to tackle this called “United to Prevent Suicide

Take action today and sign up to the movement for change on suicide. United to Prevent Suicide is a social movement of people from all across Scotland, we are united in a shared belief that each and every one of us has a role to play in preventing suicide.

Why this matters

Many of us have been affected by suicide in some way – whether it’s ourselves, a loved one, or someone we know. Suicide is of concern to all of us. It is a leading cause of death among young people and men are three times more likely to take their own lives compared to women. Yet we still find it difficult to talk about suicide. Now is the moment for change.
