Some public and private organisations have sent out communications to their suppliers and contractors relating to those sites /contracts on stop or with contract changes due to Covid-19. 

This type of document can assist those having to liaise with financial institutions as these types of correspondence can give evidence of work stopping temporarily along with the intention to resume when Government guidelines /company procedures permit. 

After receiving a number of calls asking about the need to have evidence for financial institutions, we've prepared two examples of such a document, these are blank examples that could be adapted if required.
