Electrical Emergency – Calling 105

The Energy Networks Association (ENA) have created a simple 3-digit number 105 for the reporting of all electrical emergencies.

When 105 is called from a mobile, the mobile network identifies which UK cell mast the call is coming from, and automatically routes you directly to the geographical Distribution Network Operator (DNO) in which the call is originating from.
The call will be answered by the DNO’s automated Faults and Emergency Service Centre.
