FISA STRATEGIC OBJECTIVES for 2022 - 2027

OBJECTIVE:

• FISA Working Group members are volunteers, openly invited from FISA Steering Group & FISA Working Groups
• The group will draft the proposed five year FISA Strategy for FISA SG review
• The group will take feedback from the FISA SG & WGs, and finalise the proposed draft Strategy into a final document for publication on the FISA website

GROUP TARGET:

To draft and consult with the FISA SG on a proposed FISA Strategy for publication on the FISA website.  This proposed Strategy will guide the work of FISA and the FISA WGs over the coming five year period.  The Strategy outcome will assist with the forward planning and allocation of FISA resource; WG skills and competencies.

• Total estimate to be advised

KEY ACTIONS:

• Publication of the FISA Strategic Plan 2022 – 2027 on the FISA website by June 2022
