Risks from reuse of hydraulic components

FISA's Plant & Equipment working group has issued a reminder of the risks from reuse of hydraulic components.

While the documents below from HSE in 2017 and FLS in 2019 they remain relevant today and both warn of the risks from reuse of hydraulic components that have become detached while under pressure. The FLS item relates to an incident in Australia.
