Calling chainsaw operators to help steer FISA’s focus for health, safety and welfare improvements

Join one of our online Chainsaw Operator Meetings - 26 & 30 November.

Please share this opportunity widely with chainsaw operatives who work on your sites and as part of your forestry team so they too can get involved.

Andy Sloss, Chair of the FISA Chainsaw Working Group, will be hosting two online meetings to share updates from the Working Group, answer queries, and gather opinions on what priority improvements – or expansion of current good practice – are needed for chainsaw safety.

  • Tuesday 26 November – 6-7pm
  • Saturday 30 November – 10.30-11.30am

Please email info@ukfisa.com noting which time you’d prefer to join and you’ll be sent joining details. Questions can be submitted in advance to info@ukfisa.com, or raised at the meeting.

The meetings will be informal and open to all who are current chainsaw users, or have a keen interest in chainsaw health and safety.

If you have already registered your interest, you will be sent the meeting link nearer the date of the event you chose.
