AGM in light of COVID-19
In order to comply with compulsory government measures, the FISA 2020 AGM was convened using a virtual AGM in lieu of a physical meeting. The AGM was not a live event as there were no scheduled votes or business to undertake; to increase accessibility, all AGM papers were held open throughout the period of the AGM Notice and were accessible on the day of the AGM.
Papers will remain available on the FISA website as an attachment to these draft minute of the AGM.
As the event gave access to members to view submitted papers, members were also given the opportunity to submit questions by email/phone in advance of the meeting if they had questions to raise. No such questions were received. The AGM was quorate satisfying the requirements of the FISA Articles & Rules.
